We guarantee everything we make
Should one of our products fail due to defect in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product at our discretion (in such cases we will request photos and/or description of the defect)
Proof of Purchase
lease save your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty cover should you require to use it.
We stand behind the design and quality of every item we produce, and to this end offer a (limited) guarantee that covers issues with workmanship or overall quality, but it’s not intended to cover misuse and abuse that would not normally be part of everyday use. We also won't replace stolen or lost items, so we recommend insuring your gear. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, neglect, saltwater damage, normal wear and tear, material deterioration over time or cosmetic damage. we reserve the right to change this policy at any time in the future
If you experience a problem with your System G gear, or have a warranty claim, you can email email@example.com quoting the product serial number. We recommend that you register your product upon receipt, so we have full record of purchase.
You can return or exchange your item 30 days after it is received for any reason with proof of purchase, original packaging and hang tags intact, and all items included. Note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to SYSTEM G as this isn’t covered* *If you are eligible, we’ll email a prepaid return slip to you.
